Christian Kilger is passionate about sustainable sailing apparel. With his wife Maria he is the founder of 4SEA which is the main sponsor of the 4SEA RACIONG TEAM. As an amatuer sailor only he has won the Solaris Cup in 2019, was Vice Champion in 2021, he was second in the 2020 Formenton Regatta and participated in the 2019 Rolex Giraglia. He is the helmsman on TANGO.

A bright star in the professional sailing arena. An Americas Cup sailor, but best known as a 3 time World Champion in the TP 52 Superseries. Guillermo Parada participated in the 1988 Olympic Games sailing 470. He was World Champion and winner of the TP 52 Superseries in 2012, 2015 and 2019 as the skipper of AZZURRA. He was the winner of the Coppa del Rey in 2007, 2009 and 2010.

International titles in dinghies before becoming professional sailor since 1992. 10th at Sydney 2000 Olympics in Tornado class. Achieved 9 world championships titles on different classes, 4 times 52 Super Series titles onboard Azzurra, where he was responsible for strategy an rig tune. Coached Victory Challenge during Louis Vuitton Cup 2007, and coached Santiago Lange and Cecilia Carranza to Olympic gold in Rio 2016 in Nacra 17 class. Currently head coach for the Argentinean Olympic Team.

He has been a sail designer for North Sails for 20 years now, designing sails for all kind of boats from Olympic classes to round the world races. Professional sailor, mostly as trimmer, sailmaker and sails/mast analyzer for different boats from TP52, Maxis or OD classes around South America and Europe. 

Crew member of Azzurra tp52 from 2007 to 2020. Also sailing in S40, S33 and J70 in SouthAmerica.

Crew member on different sailing yachts (40-50 feet) from 1994 / Owner of a SWAN 391 and a SWAN 45 for 13 years / Races: Several in North and Baltic Sea, 2x Fastnet, Carribean600, Antigua Race Week, 6x Gotland Round, SWAN 45 Worlds, 3x SWAN Europeans / Positions: Starting as Bow man, Navigator and Helmsman

Professional sailor for many years. Juan was also coach for his brother who sailed in the Laser Olympic class in Rio.

Alexandra sails inshore and offshore races. She is part of the German Bundesliga Team and has competed also in CLUBSWAN 36 races. She is the second bowman on TANGO
